The nine Accountable Communities of Health have submitted their work plans and budgets for the Medicaid Transformation Program. Meanwhile, there are several opportunities for provider involvement. HCA, with the AIMS center, is offering a one-day training for nurse care managers interested in integrated care. The King County ACH is offering a morning summit January 9 for all King County providers interested in participating in the projects on integrated care, transitional care, opiate prevention and treatment, chronic disease prevention and control, or care coordination.
