2nd Edition – Rural Strategic Plan for Washington State

 

The 2nd Edition of the Rural Strategic Plan of Washington State was prepared by a diverse, statewide committee of representatives of organizations dedicated to improving the health of rural communities in our state.

Key elements of the rural health care system of the present, essential services to keep health care in rural communities, and strategies for the future are defined in this plan.  This plan is intended for a diverse readership of those who interact with the rural health care system.  Its intended use is to be a framework for system changes for a statewide coordinated approach to advancing rural health care.  Download a pdf of the document here.
